אנו אוספים את סוגי המידע הבאים:

• פרטי קשר וזיהוי: שם מלא, מספר טלפון וכתובת דוא"ל.
• הודעות WhatsApp: תוכן ההודעות שאתה שולח או מקבל בערוץ ה-WhatsApp Business שלנו, לרבות שם המשתמש ומספר הטלפון המשויך.
• פרטי ליד: פרטים שאתה מוסר מרצונך בטופס יצירת הקשר או בשיחה — תחום העסק, הצורך שלך והודעה חופשית.
• מידע טכני: נתונים בסיסיים כגון כתובת הדף שממנו נשלחה הפנייה וחותמת זמן.

איננו אוספים במכוון מידע רגיש (כגון מידע רפואי או פיננסי) ואיננו אוספים מידע מקטינים מתחת לגיל 18.

2איך המידע נאסף

• טופס באתר: כאשר אתה ממלא את טופס יצירת הקשר או השארת הפרטים באתר.
• הודעות WhatsApp: כאשר אתה יוזם או ממשיך שיחה איתנו דרך WhatsApp Business API של Meta.
• אוטומציה: מערכות אוטומציה (כגון n8n) מעבירות ומעבדות את הפניות שהתקבלו, לצורך תיעוד וטיפול בליד.

4עם מי אנחנו משתפים מידע

אנו משתפים מידע רק כמידת הנדרש לצורך אספקת השירות, עם הגורמים הבאים:

כל צד שלישי מחויב לשמור על המידע ולהשתמש בו אך ורק למטרות שלשמן הועבר.

5אבטחת מידע

אנו נוקטים באמצעים טכניים וארגוניים סבירים כדי להגן על המידע מפני גישה, שימוש או חשיפה בלתי מורשים — לרבות תעבורה מוצפנת (HTTPS/TLS), הגבלת גישה למורשים בלבד ושמירת המידע במערכות מאובטחות. עם זאת, אף שיטת העברה או אחסון אינה מאובטחת ב-100%, ואיננו יכולים להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת.

• Technical information: basic data such as the page URL from which an inquiry was sent and a timestamp.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as medical or financial data) and do not collect information from minors under the age of 18.

2How Information Is Collected

• Website form: when you fill in the contact or lead form on our site.
• WhatsApp messages: when you start or continue a conversation with us via Meta's WhatsApp Business API.
• Automation: automation systems (such as n8n) transfer and process received inquiries in order to record and handle the lead.

• Responding to inquiries and ongoing communication with customers and prospects.
• Managing and tracking leads and service requests.
• Providing the services you requested and improving service quality.
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties and do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

4Who We Share Information With

We share information only as necessary to provide the service, with the following parties:

• Meta / WhatsApp: communication via the WhatsApp Business API is subject to Meta Platforms' privacy policy. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
• Automation tools (n8n): for transferring, recording, and managing inquiries and leads.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting and cloud services (such as Google) used to operate the website and receive inquiries.

Every third party is required to safeguard the information and use it solely for the purposes for which it was transferred.

5Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure — including encrypted traffic (HTTPS/TLS), restricting access to authorized personnel only, and storing data on secure systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
